This mix makes 12 big protein pancakes that provide you with complex carbohydrates and protein. Our organic and plant-based pancake mix guarantees long-lasting energy and helps you refuel. Go for sweet pancakes with coconut blossom sugar, honey, maple syrup, rice syrup or apple-pear syrup, baked apples or another fruity topping. Or give them a savory twist with vegetables. The Innerme pancake mix contains natural sugars. It may contain traces of soy and gluten.

Our pancakes are not only a treat for your taste buds; they are actually good for you too.

  • They are a source of protein. 100 g of mix equals 16,5 g of proteins. Combined with almond milk, 100 g of our mix even provides you with 19,25 g of proteins.
  • You get complex carbohydrates from them.
  • They contain no preservatives, no colourants and no refined sugar.
  • They guarantee long-lasting energy and help you refuel.

Making pancakes is a breeze:

  1. mix the powder with water, almond milk or a grain-based milk, like rice, spelt or oat milk
  2. for 100 g of mix, use 250 ml of liquid (in other words: use 1 part mix and 2,5 parts liquid)
  3. stir with a wire whisk
  4. grease a pan with coconut oil and let the oil heat up
  5. pour some batter into the pan and start baking
  6. turn your pancake when the bottom is golden brown
  7. finish with a sweet or savoury topping
